Using LORA - Loyola Online Records Access

Step 1
LORA (Loyola's Online Records Access) is available through https://lorasec.loyno.edu/ or there is a link on Loyola's homepage under Quick Links. To access LORA, your cookies must be enabled in your browser.

Step 2
Click on Login to Student Services.

Step 3
Enter your CWID - Campus Wide I.D.

  • If you have never logged into LORA using your cwid or you don't know your cwid, use your social security number. This will get you into the system, and it will give you your cwid.
  • Keep a record of your cwid; you will need it to log into LORA and BLACKBOARD in the future.

Step 4
Enter your PIN - Personal Identification Number

  • If this is your first time logging on to LORA:
    • your PIN has been set as your birth year and month – e.g., 196204 (that is, born in April of 1962).
    • you must change your PIN immediately to a 6-digit number know only by you.
    • you must create a PIN question and answer which will allow you change your PIN should your forget or misplace it.
  • If you have used LORA on a previous occasion, please use the PIN number that you have selected for yourself.

Step 5
You are now able to use LORA to view your personal transcript, grades, billing, financial aid, and mailing address information. You may also register online if your advisor has authorized you to register. (Note, Law, City College, and LIM students do not have to obtain advisor authorization.)

Important

f you are browsing the LORA website and it is idle for 7 minutes, you may be logged off. If you are processing your course registration(s), you must press the submit button prior to being logged off. If you do not do so, course registration information that you have entered, but not submitted, will be lost.

The LORA website is available from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday and from 7:00 am on Saturday through 8:00 am on Monday.
