LIM Online Focus Courses - Classes Begin

Welcome to LIM Online! The Loyola Institute for Ministry offers online courses for graduate credit or for continuing education units (full degree and certificate programs involve study on-campus or in extension learning groups). Students may take LIM online courses without being fully enrolled in a graduate degree or certificate program. However, all online students must first apply to the Institute and receive notice of their application review before registering for online courses (allow five working days between application and registration processes).

How to Participate

Step #1: If already admitted as a student to Loyola University New Orleans, proceed to Step #2. If you are not an admitted student to the University, fill out the following on-line admissions form for your program of interest. You will be notified of your admission status in 5-7 business days.

Step #2: Register for the Course. You will be notified of your registration by both e-mail and a letter sent to the address you use in the registration form.

Step #3: Make Your Tuition Payment.

Step #4: Acquire the required textbooks for your online course(s) as early as possible.

Step #5: Log-in to the Course Site one week before the course starts and check the course syllabus and assignment for the first week of the course.

Step #6: Look for an e-mail message from your LIM Online instructor(s) about one week before the class starts; if you do not hear from your instructor(s) first, please e-mail her/him directly to be sure that e-mail contact information for you is correct.  To acquire LIM Online instructor e-mail addresses, please contact the Loyola Institute for Ministry office by phone at 800.777.5469 or 504.865.3728 or  by e-mail lim@loyno.edu.
